When making a website for a client Edward makes a point of meeting them in person. This allows him to get to know you, the client, and base the website around your needs.
If you wish to have a website made he'll do more than design it. He'll promote it with the major search engines like Google, MSN and Yahoo. He will also provide you with monthly updates on your websites progress showing you the number of visitors looking at your site, this can link well with advertising campaigns.
